When is the bank closed for the holidays?

Holiday Schedule 2020

January 1st, Wednesday, New Year’s Day

January 20th, Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day

February 17th, Monday, President’s Day

May 25th, Monday, Memorial Day (CLOSED Saturday before)

July 4th, Saturday, Independence Day  (CLOSED on Saturday, but open the Friday before Independence Day)

September 7th, Monday, Labor Day (CLOSED Saturday before)

October 12th, Monday, Columbus Day

November 11th, Wednesday, Veterans Day

November 26th, Thursday, Thanksgiving Day

December 25th, Friday, Christmas Day (CLOSED Saturday after)

I lost my debit card. What do I do?!

Our online and mobile banking includes the “card on/off feature,” so you can turn your debit card off directly from there!  Don’t forget to turn it back on once you locate your card.

Online Banking directions:

On the right menu, click “Manage Cards.”  Click the red “TURN OFF” button.


Mobile Banking directions:

From the menu on the bottom left, click on “Manage Cards.”

Where can I use the ATM without a fee?

Each of our locations have a ATM you can use without paying a fee–when you use your First Colorado National Bank debit card.

If you are away from our locations, FCNB is proud to participate in the MoneyPass ATM network. Our customers can use any ATM in the MoneyPass network surcharge free!

Also remember if you have a Kasasa checking account and qualify, your ATM fees you paid during the qualification period will be refunded.

How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?

To report lost or stolen debit cards or report fraud on your card after hours please call: 1-855-757-8309.

During business hours please call either of the branches directly to report stolen cards:

I lost my TCM Credit card, what should I do?

If your credit card is lost or stolen, please call 1-800-883-0131.

How do I send an outgoing wire?

Please connect with your local banker via phone or in person at the branch to receive information about outgoing wire transfers.

Our outgoing wire transfer cutoff time is Monday-Friday 2:30PM MST

How do I receive an incoming wire? What directions do I give the sender?

What are the Kasasa Cycle Dates?

Cycle Date Information: The following dates apply to our Kasasa account(s). Monthly Qualification Cycle dates are not the same as our Statement Cycle dates. Please refer to your account’s Truth In Savings disclosure for your account’s specific qualification requirements. To qualify for your account’s rewards, all of your account’s qualifying transactions must post and settle to your specific Kasasa account within the Monthly Qualification Cycle dates stated below. Transactions bundled together by merchants and received by our institution as a single transaction count as a single transaction for the purpose of earning your account’s rewards. Account transactions and activities may take one or more days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for your account’s rewards.  As always, please call the bank if you have any questions!
